Jordan Theis is music director of The Museum Singers, The Friends’ Musick chamber choir, Youth Choirs at St. Luke’s and Junior Choir Music Director at St. Luke’s Battersea.
He studies conducting with Joanna Tomlinson and Peter Hanke. He studied music at King’s College London, where he recently completed a masters degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology.
He has worked as a visiting conductor for Trinity Laban Junior College Choirs, Constanza Chorus and Quorum. He is in demand as a pianist and musical director, working on Errolyn Wallen’s opera ‘The Powder Monkey’ in 2018.
He works as a piano and singing tutor in London.
Jordan became Musical Director of Didcot Choral Society in September 2019.
